2. Downloading the Remote Management and Monitoring Application

Our Remote Management and Monitoring system is an advanced platform that allows us to remotely access client systems, interact with them without interrupting end users, deliver additional security services such as Advanced Patch Management and assists us in maintaining client systems with a bevvy of tools.

Sometimes when downloading the application to your computer, Windows SmartScreen will block the download as it “isn’t commonly downloaded”

To complete the download follow these steps (see image)

1. Hover the mouse cursor over the name of the file.
2. Left-Click the 3 dots that appear to the right of the file name.
3. Left-Click on Keep
4. Click the arrow on the next screen that pops up (next to Show More).
5. Click Keep Anyway
6. Your file will now download.
7. Once completed, run the file.
8. When asked for a name, enter your Company name and your name to identify it in our system (IN2Tech-Richard for example), click next on the Proxy screen, and keep clicking next/Install until the installation completes.
